Oregon City Soccer Club requires that all coaches, managers and volunteers have a yearly background check performed in accordance with OYSA and US Club Soccer Rules.

If you plan to be a team parent, assistant or head coach for our Little Pioneers (U5-U8) or Recreational Program (U9-U10), you will need to fill out a background check, click here to fill out a OYSA background form.

If you plan to be a team parent, assistant or head coach for our Developmental (U8-U10) or Classic Program (U11-U14) or a Recreational coach for (U11-U14) please click here to fill out a US Club Soccer background form.
