Oregon City Soccer clubs Developmental Program is a great opportunity for young soccer players to learn new skills and discover how to progress toward the next level of competition. Club and parent coaches work closely with our players to teach the many technical skills that today's players need to master as they grow.
The program is designed to benefit the young player who has a joy for the game and good work habits, and who is motivated to further develop his or her natural talent. The program offers a stepping stone between the recreational and classic programs and is geared towards the U8 (2nd grade) through U10 (4th grade) player.
There are two seasons of the player development program - fall and spring. All age/grade eligible players will be placed on teams based skill level.
The fall season begins in May with Observation days and players are rostered to teams that will train during the summer months. Teams play in a minimum of 2 soccer tournaments during the summer to help prepare them for the fall league season. Fall season games begin in early September and ends in late October or early November. Weekly games are held on Sundays. Spring season games begin in March and end in late April.
